B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a Front Desk professional for SpringHill Suites in Sterling, VA. You will project a friendly, professional image, handle guest check-ins/outs, reservations, and requests while maintaining SpringHill Suites' high standards of service.

The role requires 1+ year guest service experience, strong communication, and the ability to work AM/PM shifts, including weekends. Marriott experience is a plus; lifting up to 75 pounds may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of guest service experience in hospitality.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer-focused approach.
• Marriott-brand hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: greet and assist guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, verify billing, and answer questions.
• Support revenue goals by upselling rooms and amenities while following policies.
• Manage workload by planning and prioritizing tasks and attending departmental meetings.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work area following brand procedures.
