The role focuses on welcoming guests, processing check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and answering questions to ensure a positive guest experience aligned with brand standards. Applicants should have at least 1 year of guest service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years prior guest service experience required, preferably in hospitality.
• Prior Marriott brand hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Greet guests, process check-ins/check-outs, verify billing, create reservations, and handle special requests.
• Financial Results and Cost Control: Assist with up-selling and revenue-focused guest services; follow cash handling procedures.
• Self/Workload Management: Plan and prioritize work; attend required meetings.
• Safety/Risk Management: Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow emergency procedures.
