Job summary

Apsilon Hotels in Atlanta seeks a Front Desk Agent to deliver fast, friendly service and assist guests throughout their stay. You will check guests in and out and provide information about the hotel and local area.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related customer service experience, basic math and computer skills, and excellent interpersonal English. Employment is contingent upon a background and drug test.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the ambassador of the hotel and provide information to guests on all aspects of the hotel.
• Review reservations, pre-assign rooms, and pre-register groups as needed.
• Count cash drawer at start and end of shift and manage shift deposits.
• Maintain understanding of PMS cash register operations.
• Post charges and file folios and reservations cards as required.
• Answer phones promptly and maintain lobby coffee service.
• Report safety hazards and handle guest complaints professionally.
