Job summary

Apsilon Hotels is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide fast, friendly service and manage guest check-ins/check-outs in Georgia. You will handle reservations, ensure accuracy of folios, and assist guests with information about hotel amenities.

The role requires basic math, computer skills, and strong English communication. You will maintain a welcoming lobby, respond to guest requests, and observe safety procedures during shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related customer service experience.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Computer skills and familiarity with PMS/cash handling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Act as the hotel ambassador; inform guests about facilities and services.
• Review reservations, pre-register groups, and manage check-ins/outs.
• Count cash drawer and prepare deposits following standard procedures.
• Operate PMS cash register and reconcile folio logs.
• Record wakeup calls, messages, and guest mail delivery.
• Handle guest complaints promptly or escalate to supervisor as needed.
• Post phone charges and guest charges to folios promptly.
• Maintain lobby coffee and answer calls with courteous phrasing.
• Note safety hazards and follow required procedures.
• Perform additional duties as requested.
