Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a friendly PBX Operator to welcome guests and support the front desk. You will guide guests through registration, quote room rates, and assist with reservations, ensuring a smooth stay from arrival to departure.

You will handle cash and card transactions, maintain accurate folios, and participate in a seamless hospitality experience across departments. Strong English communication and multitasking are essential for success.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and a welcoming demeanor.
Ability to read, write and understand English.
Strong numeracy and basic math skills for cash handling.
Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced hotel front desk setting.
Attention to detail and organized work habits.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly from registration to checkout.
Provide information about the resort and local attractions, and quote room rates.
Process cash and credit card transactions following procedures.
Balance cash receipts and complete money handling responsibilities.
Assist with check-out procedures and verify charges in folios.
Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals or groups.
