Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred for leading a guest services team.
• Previous guest services experience is required.
• Excellent customer service skills demonstrated in prior roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns daily work for the guest services team.
• Trains and guides staff on duties, systems, and procedures.
• Greet guests and provide customer service while anticipating needs.
• Perform service recovery for unsatisfactory guest experiences.
• Book reservations and coordinate registration processes.
• Operate cash register or software for transactions.
• Answer phone calls and emails; deliver messages as needed.
• Maintain excellent service attitude toward guests and coworkers.
• Reconcile disputed guest charges.
• Participate in Quality Assurance programs and suggest improvements.
