NCG Hospitality is seeking a Guest Services Representative (Part Time) in Phoenix, AZ. This role handles front-desk activities, reservations, and guest interactions to create memorable experiences while supporting the hotel’s growth and guest satisfaction goals.

• Answer the property's phones, make reservations, and assist with check-in/check-out.

• Utilize the property management system to manage reservations and payments.
