NCG Hospitality in Phoenix invites you to join as a Part Time Guest Services Representative. This role handles phones, reservations, and guest check-in/out, delivering courteous service to create a memorable stay.

Flexible weekend availability is required; shifts are 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm, with 2–4 shifts weekly. The position offers growth within a Top Workplace recognized company and opportunities across our hotels.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Accurate cash handling experience.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer the property's phones, make reservations, check guests in/out, and interact with guests professionally to create a memorable experience.
• Use the property management system to make reservations, check-in/out guests, process payments, and manage cash drawer.
• Respond promptly and empathetically to guest requests or complaints to meet and exceed expectations.
• Demonstrate upselling techniques to maximize occupancy and revenue.
