Qualifications

• Previous front desk or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests on arrival.
• Verify guest credit and establish payment methods.
• Maintain accurate records of rooms and guest accounts.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and balance cash.
• Post charges for rooms and services to ledgers.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest issues.
• Make and confirm reservations; answer service inquiries.
