Job summary

Stonebridge is seeking a Guest Service Agent in Denver, Colorado to support front desk operations, handle guest inquiries, and ensure smooth check-in/check-out. You will maintain guest records, process payments, and assist with reservations in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The role requires strong customer service, familiarity with property management systems, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior hotel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk or guest service preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with property management systems and basic office software (Word, Excel)
• Ability to handle cash transactions and basic bookkeeping
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests on arrival
• Verify guest credit and establish payment methods
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
• Post charges to ledgers and process payments
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest issues
• Make and confirm reservations for guests
• Answer inquiries about services and local attractions
