The position requires strong customer service skills, experience with PMS systems and cash handling, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk or guest service experience in a hotel setting preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management systems and basic office software (Word, Excel).
• Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests on arrival.
• Verify guest credit and establish payment methods.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts in PMS.
• Post charges for rooms, food, and services to ledgers.
• Manage check-out processes and review accounts with guests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address issues.
• Make and confirm reservations and respond to guest inquiries.
