Maya Hotels is seeking a Front Desk Agent/Guest Services Representative to serve as the first point of contact for guests at the Charlotte property. You will deliver friendly, professional, and efficient service during check-in and check-out, and assist with information on facilities and local attractions.

Responsibilities include managing reservations, handling inquiries, and resolving issues while maintaining accuracy in transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality education is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations preferred.
• Proficiency with hotel reservation software and basic accounting principles.
• Cash handling experience and accuracy in transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a professional check-in/check-out experience.
• Assist guests with inquiries and information about facilities and local attractions.
