Responsibilities include information dissemination, issue resolution, and cash handling, supported by reservation software. A hospitality mindset and flexible schedule are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations.
• Strong communication to engage with guests.
• Ability to handle transactions and balance cash drawer.
• Comfort with hotel reservation software and computers.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out experience.
• Assist guests with inquiries and information about facilities and local attractions.
• Handle guest complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Manage reservations and bookings, including online and phone inquiries.
• Maintain front desk organization and balance cash transactions at shift end.
• Follow security and privacy protocols and support hotel teams as needed.
