Maya Hotels is seeking a Front Office Manager to supervise front desk operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences at the Charlotte property.

The role emphasizes revenue management, training, and cross-department collaboration to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction. A bachelor’s degree in hospitality and 2+ years of supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in front office, guest services, hospitality management, or similar leadership role.
• Strong ability to train, mentor, and manage front office staff effectively.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS and reservation software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train front desk staff, including receptionists, concierge, and bell staff.
• Oversee guest services to ensure warm, efficient check-in/check-out experiences.
• Oversee reservations and revenue management to optimize occupancy and pricing.
• Develop and enforce front office standard operating procedures and ensure accurate billing and records.
