Maya Hotels is seeking a part-time Front Desk Agent/Guest Service Representative at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Arpt-Belmont in Belmont, NC. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering friendly, professional service and a welcoming experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling reservations, and assisting with inquiries while ensuring accurate records, cash handling, and coordination with housekeeping and other departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a welcoming, guest-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out professionally.
• Assist guests with inquiries and information about facilities and local attractions.
• Handle reservations and ensure accurate booking details and room assignments.
• Maintain front desk organization, balance cash drawer, and complete daily reports.
• Follow safety protocols and cooperate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Answer phone calls promptly and route or take messages as needed.
