Responsibilities

• Assist guests efficiently and courteously in all front office functions.
• Ensure reservations are taken and processed correctly.
• Notify the General Manager about any concerns or violations.
• Maintain a clean and organized office area.
• Perform bank deposits in the absence of the General Manager.
