Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Front Desk Clerk to greet guests, assist with check-in, and manage accounts to ensure a seamless stay. The hotel operates around the clock, so shifts may vary and require flexibility in scheduling.

You will input guest data, verify room rates, and post charges to guest accounts using a computer system. In this role, you will resolve guest concerns, answer questions about local attractions, and provide accurate information on hours and services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly and sincere welcome and assist with check-in.
• Complete the registration process and input/retrieve information in the computer system; verify guest details and room rates.
• Close guest accounts at checkout and ensure guest satisfaction; respond to issues per guidelines.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve problems, such as rate disputes or service requests, promptly and professionally.
