Job summary

Indus Hospitality Group is seeking a guest services associate to deliver courteous, professional service at the hotel front desk. You will greet guests, handle registrations, answer calls, post charges, and assist with reservations while maintaining lobby areas and providing local information.

The role requires 1–3 months of related experience or training, a high school diploma or GED, and a minimum age of 18. Regular shifts may include variable hours and physical tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow brand service standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
• Answer telephone, post charges, compute bill, collect payment, and make change.
• Make and confirm reservations and monitor room availability.
• Schedule shuttle runs and provide safe transportation where applicable.
• Provide information on hours and services, and give directions.
• Assist in maintaining lobby cleanliness and check equipment conditions.
