Qualifications

• One to three months related experience and/or training; High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds; occasionally up to 25 pounds.
• Work environment noise is usually moderate; public-facing lobby area.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
• Answer telephone and post charges; compute bill and collect payment.
• Make and confirm reservations; monitor room availability.
• Block rooms; schedule wake-up calls; handle guest mail/messages.
• Provide information about hotel services and local area; assist shuttle operations.
• Maintain lobby and front entrance areas; ensure cleanliness and safety.
