Sunshine Suites Grand Cayman Island Resort, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a motivated Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service with professional greetings, reservations handling, and support across operations. You will multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy and courtesy.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of hotel front desk experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with OPERA PMS and Excel.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hotel front desk experience required.
• Advanced working knowledge of OPERA PMS is strictly required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests, handle reservations, answer calls, and provide exceptional service.
• Process room reservations, modifications, cancellations, and assignments.
• Manage payments and balance daily transactions accurately.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in person, by phone, and email.
• Upsell room categories, packages, and facilities to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill requests.
• Maintain knowledge of current rates, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Assist with end-of-shift duties and daily briefings.
