Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Reservations Agent for the West Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa. The role focuses on handling corporate guest reservations, maintaining records, and processing cancellations and deposits while coordinating with clients and front desk staff to ensure seamless operations.

Candidates should have 3–4 years in hotel reservations, strong OPERA PMS and Excel skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years’ Hotel Room Reservations experience required.
• Advanced working knowledge of OPERA PMS is strictly required.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Mastery of oral and written English communication skills will be essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to correspondence from corporate guests, travel agents, and referral networks concerning room reservations.
• Create and maintain reservation records and process cancellations and modifications.
• Prepare lists of expected arrivals and assist in preregistration activities.
• Process advance reservation deposits and communicate accordingly.
• Create and update group contracts and rooming lists in Opera and other systems.
• Coordinate with clients, sales teams, and front desk staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage all aspects of group reservations from inquiry to final confirmation.
