Job summary

Northwood Hospitality LLC in Charlotte, NC, seeks a friendly Concierge for our Front Office team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering personalized assistance and anticipating needs to create a seamless, memorable stay from check-in to departure.

Qualifications

Experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Knowledge of local attractions and area.
Proficiency in relevant computer software (reservation systems, email).

Responsibilities

Guest relations: Greet and welcome guests, provide information on local attractions, assist with luggage and room service, address inquiries and resolve issues.
Reservations and bookings: Make reservations for dining, shows, tours, and transportation; assist with appointments and services; provide personalized recommendations.
Local knowledge: Stay up-to-date on events and attractions; offer tailored recommendations.
Administrative tasks: Manage guest correspondence and records; assist with scheduling and reporting.
