You will answer calls, dispatch hotel staff, and build knowledge of services and local area to provide accurate information and thoughtful recommendations. The role emphasizes a friendly, professional, and reliable presence with opportunities for growth across multiple properties.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for guest requests and needs, including answering calls, dispatching requests, and following up to ensure excellent service.
• Attend to each call in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner, using proper telephone etiquette.
• Dispatch appropriate personnel to satisfy guest requests and resolve guest issues.
• Develop knowledge of hotel services, the local area, and travel services to provide accurate answers and thoughtful recommendations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
