Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure guest satisfaction with the dining experience.
• Assign servers to sections, manage reservations, and seat guests.
• Maintain restaurant entryway and complete side work and cleaning tasks.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to a friendly, safe work environment.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance as an ambassador of the establishment.
• Know menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; answer guest questions.
• Process all payment methods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
