Towne Park, LLC is seeking a Lot Attendant in Boston, MA to accurately collect and reconcile revenue and parking reports while delivering exceptional hospitality to guests throughout their stay.

You will park and retrieve vehicles safely, assist guests, and uphold site policies. This on-site role requires strong customer service, basic math, and a valid driver’s license with the ability to pass a background check.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 and able to pass background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 1–3 months related experience or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests and staff.
• Acknowledge and greet guests promptly and use courteous language.
• Assist guests with directions and inquiries; provide local area information.
• Stack and retrieve vehicles safely; secure keys and maintain vehicle inventory.
• Record and reconcile revenue; complete shift reports and handle POS operations.
• Protect guest confidentiality and follow privacy and security policies.
