Job summary

Towne Park LLC is hiring a Lot Attendant responsible for keeping the lot clean, collecting and reconciling revenue, and delivering exceptional hospitality services to guests during their stay. The role requires attentiveness to guest needs, adherence to parking policies, and safe operation of equipment.

The position involves ensuring accurate reporting, providing directions, and maintaining confidentiality of guest information while representing Towne Park with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of customer service and basic math for handling payments and receipts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and provide hospitality.
• Maintain lot cleanliness and report any safety concerns.
• Collect data and reconcile parking revenue and tickets.
• Operate parking equipment (register, gate, POS) and assist guests with directions.
• Secure keys and manage vehicle inventory for billing; uphold parking policies.
