Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Lead Lot Attendant to deliver exceptional hospitality while accurately collecting and reconciling revenue and parking reports. You will greet guests, assist with directions, and ensure smooth parking operations across shifts.

The role requires a friendly demeanor, the ability to use a register and parking equipment, and adherence to Towne Park standards. High school diploma or GED and 18+ are required; background checks apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent experience.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass background checks.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must drive manual transmission and perform parking.
• Able to stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional guest service.
• Assist guests with directions and inquiries.
• Operate cash register and parking equipment.
• Maintain a neat, safe work area.
• Stack vehicles as needed and manage parking flow.
