Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Lot Attendant to provide exceptional hospitality while accurately collecting and reconciling revenue and parking data. You will assist guests, stack and retrieve vehicles safely, and uphold Towne Park policies throughout shifts in outdoor environments.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and a background in customer service. The role involves standing for long periods and exposure to outdoor conditions, with benefits as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• One to three months related experience and/or training.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, professional demeanor with guests and staff.
• Assist guests with directions and inquiries using Towne Park etiquette.
• Stack and retrieve vehicles safely and park according to Towne Park standards.
• Protect guest confidentiality and information security.
• Collect and reconcile revenue; complete shift reports and logs.
• Record daily events and rate information for billing.
