Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality, assist with luggage and vehicle parking, and support guests with directions and reservations. The role emphasizes friendly interactions, accurate ticketing, and safe vehicle handling at our Boston location.

Ideal candidates demonstrate a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 month of related experience. We offer competitive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license for your state or within commuting distance.
• 1 month related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Greet guests within five feet using professional etiquette.
• Park and retrieve vehicles and assist guests with bell services and luggage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries; share local attractions.
• Explain parking rates and procedures and handle ticketing and revenue collection.
• Complete ticket information and ensure proper key tag and vehicle location records.
