Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Lot Attendant in Boston, MA to provide friendly hospitality while collecting revenue and managing vehicle parking. The role emphasizes accurate invoicing, guest satisfaction, and adherence to Towne Park procedures.

Work Monday through Friday with no weekend shifts. Base pay is $16–$17 per hour, with benefits eligibility including accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine, and a 401k plan. HR Support Center can assist with accommodations.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass background/drug screen.
• 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer service.
• Must drive manual transmission and parallel parking.
• Able to read/write English and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist guests with directions and inquiries; use Towne Park etiquette.
• Stack vehicles safely and retrieve cars as needed; manage keys and parking queues.
• Accurately collect and reconcile revenue; complete shift reports and tickets for audit.
