Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests, complaints, or incidents at the Front Desk in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Maximize room revenue and occupancy by daily status review and variance analysis.
• Prepare team member schedules based on forecast, payroll budget, and productivity needs.
• Interview and recruit team members for front desk and related departments.
• Operate front office systems, generate reports, and perform basic programming tasks.
• Support the safety program by communicating issues through department meetings.
• Investigate, report, and follow up on employee and guest accidents.
