Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Marietta is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead hotel operations with a hands-on approach. You will direct housekeeping, front office, F&B and sales, hire and motivate teams, and drive service quality and guest satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years of GM experience at a major hotel brand, strong budgeting and forecasting skills, and the ability to deliver results while maintaining brand standards and asset protection.

Qualifications

• 2+ years previous management experience as a GM of a major hotel brand.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, payroll, expense control.
• Proven service training skills, leadership, team building.
• Results-driven leadership with ability to motivate and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations to achieve goals for revenue, house profit and RevPAR index.
• Interview and hire associates; manage disciplinary matters as needed.
• Maintain company standards for guest satisfaction, associate satisfaction and asset protection.
• Lead in guest relations, front office and food & beverage to ensure quality service.
