Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Troy is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Associate to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction across hotel spaces. You will assist the Executive Housekeeper with daily tasks and support Room Attendants with linen, trash, and guest item handling.

The role involves cleaning public areas, coordinating with teams, and performing deep cleaning tasks as needed to uphold Hilton standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to communicate with guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Housekeeper with inventory and supplies.
• Clean designated areas and public spaces to hotel standards.
• Assist Room Attendants with linen, trash, and guest items as needed.
• Move furniture and perform deep cleaning tasks such as carpet shampooing and floor care.
• Ensure safe handling of cleaning chemicals per policy.
