Job summary

ZMC Hotels is seeking a friendly front desk/guest services team member in Tucson, AZ. You will check in guests during peak hours, smile and provide top-notch service to ensure guests have a great stay.

These roles offer 8-hour shifts across 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am, with opportunities for growth and bonuses. You will be part of a fast, fun, and collaborative team dedicated to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Highly organized.
• Thorough knowledge of guest service and satisfaction.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Team environment with leadership responsibilities.
• Basic computational ability.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all guests are treated efficiently and courteously and standards are applied by staff.
• Address guest concerns and ensure follow-up is completed.
• Assist in daily maintenance of room inventory to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise bell staff to ensure smooth, friendly arrivals and departures.
