Shifts run 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am. The role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and basic computer skills to support front desk operations and daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and focused on guest service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented with potential to lead by example.
• Basic math and computer skills required.

Responsabilités

• Check in guests efficiently and courteously during peak hours.
• Address guest concerns and ensure follow-up.
• Assist in maintaining room inventory status to optimize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise bell staff to ensure efficient and friendly arrivals and departures.
