These 8-hour shifts run 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am. The role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, accurate records, and a positive guest experience across the property.

Qualifications

• Highly organized.

Responsabilités

• Ensure guests are treated in an efficient and courteous manner and that standards are applied by all staff members.
• Address all guest concerns and ensure follow up is complete.
• Assist in daily maintenance of room inventory status to achieve optimal levels of revenue while maintaining high levels of guest expectations.
• Supervise the activities and the service levels of the bell staff to ensure arrivals, departures and guest contact are efficient and friendly.
