Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking an Information & Guest Services Representative to warmly welcome guests, issue visitor passes, and guide visitors to services within the Medical Center.

The role requires basic English communication, a friendly demeanor, and strong organization. Experience at front desks or hospitality is a plus, with bilingual Spanish preferred. Compensation begins around the posted NJ minimum and includes comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Typing ability required.
• One to two years working experience.
• Bi-lingual preferred. Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage visitor passes.
• Provide directions and assist with inquiries.
• Answer phones within 3 rings and transfer calls as needed.
• Enforce access control and escalate security when required.
• Coordinate mail, deliveries, and staffing of the lobby area.
