Job summary

ST JOE RESORT OPERATIONS LLC is seeking a Front Officer Supervisor to assist the Front Office Manager and oversee daily operations of the hotel front desk, night audit, bell staff, concierge and beach services. You will work with front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include supervising shifts, addressing guest needs, coordinating reservations, and ensuring accurate billing for services.

Qualifications

• Sufficient education and literacy to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and communicate in basic English preferred.
• Experience in hospitality preferred.
• At least 1 year experience in a supervisory role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Front Office Manager and supervise the front desk, night audit, bell staff, concierge and beach services.
• Troubleshoot system errors and resolve issues as they arise.
• Answer phones and respond to emails professionally.
• View, manage, and organize reservations.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and follow up.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance on room readiness.
• Maintain a clean and inviting lobby and welcome supplies.
• Cover hourly shifts as needed and communicate shift directions during pre-shift meetings.
