ST JOE RESORT OPERATIONS LLC is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Panama City, FL to greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, and answer questions about rooms, rates, and local attractions. You will coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready and assist VIP guests and groups with personalized services.

The role requires strong communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at a busy front desk.

Competenze

• Sufficient education and literacy to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and communicate in basic English.
• Previous customer experience or hospitality experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Check guests in and out and accommodate requests when possible.
• Answer phones and emails in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide information on rooms, rates, amenities, and local attractions to guests.
• Upsell facilities and services when appropriate and coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness.
