ST JOE RESORT OPERATIONS LLC is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, handle check-in/out, and answer questions about rooms, rates, and local attractions. You will process payments, coordinate with housekeeping, and help guests have a memorable stay.

The role requires polite, proactive communication and the ability to upsell services while maintaining accuracy in guest records. On-site presence is expected at the Rosemary Beach property.

Qualifications

• Sufficient education and literacy to read labels and communicate with guests.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and communicate in basic English preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register guests and accommodate requests.
• Handle check-in and check-out processes.
• Take payments and resolve billing issues.
• Answer phones and emails professionally.
• Provide information about hotel, rooms, rates, and amenities.
• Upsell facilities and services when appropriate.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean.
• Store luggage and arrange transportation.
• Assist VIP guests and event attendees as needed.
• Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services.
