Job summary

ST JOE RESORT OPERATIONS LLC is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and provide information on resort amenities and local attractions. You will answer inquiries, handle billing concerns, and support VIP guests and event attendees while upselling available services.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, professional communication, and collaboration with housekeeping and other hotel teams.

Qualifications

• Sufficient education and literacy to read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Ability to read, write, speak and communicate in basic English preferred.
• Previous customer experience preferred.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register guests and accommodate requests whenever possible.
• Handle check-in and check-out processes.
• Answer phones and respond to emails professionally.
• Upsell additional facilities and services when appropriate.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready.
• Store luggage and arrange transportation as needed.
