Responsibilities

• Register guests, assign rooms, and check guests out.
• Maintain records of room assignments in a computer database.
• Explain charges and process payments at checkout.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to resolve issues.
• Balance cash, process credit card transactions, and manage cash drops.
• Provide courteous guest service and promote hotel programs.
• Track guest information in the PMS and respond to questions.
