Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Front desk or customer service hotel experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with computers; Hilton PEP PMS experience a plus.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and shuttle drivers; monitor service levels.
• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Answer phones and direct calls appropriately.
• Provide hotel information and concierge services.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
• Post charges and manage cash/credit transactions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
• Follow Hilton brand standards and safety procedures.
