Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an experienced Hotel Front Desk/AGM Manager for an upscale Chicago property. The role leads the Front Desk and related departments to deliver exceptional guest service and mentorship, with a hands-on presence across Guest areas.

The position emphasizes talent attraction, training, and delivering seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure, within a stable company culture offering professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years front office experience in a hotel, with 2+ years in a supervisory/management capacity.
• Experience with hotel PMS (Opera or similar).
• Strong leadership and training skills.
• Upscale hotel brand familiarity.
• Passionate servant leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Attract and secure top talent that will ensure a quality Guest experience
• Provide the highest level of leadership through ongoing training and mentorship
• Be a hands-on leader by maintaining a consistent presence in the Guest areas
• Ensuring that all Guests are provided access to all Guest experience programs
• Lead and manage a seamless Guest experience at arrival and departure
