The Glenview Community Ice Center is seeking a Customer Experience Supervisor in Glenview, IL. This full-time role leads the front desk team and shapes a welcoming, customer-focused culture aligned with the Glenview Park District’s values.

The position oversees registrations, rentals, events, and daily customer services while supervising part-time staff. Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3+ years in a similar role with at least 1 year of supervisory experience is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; significant and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, analytical ability, and organizational skills; MS Office proficiency.

Mansioni

• Oversees the front desk operations and customer service experience.
• Provides supervision to several part-time team members.
• Manages registrations, facility rentals, program transfers, refunds, billing, and daily deposits.
• Develops and monitors customer satisfaction metrics and conducts quarterly surveys.
