Extended Stay America in Elizabeth, NJ seeks a Guest Services Representative who will deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will assist guests, answer phones, check in and out, and collect payments following company guidelines.

You will also process reservations, maintain cash and city ledger accounts, set up breakfast displays, and keep front desk and lobby areas clean. Promote ESA value to convert inquiries into reservations, while adhering to safety and service standards.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests and vendors.
• Experience operating a property management system.

Mansioni

• Assist guests, answer phones, check in/out and collect payment.
• Complete front office daily paperwork and follow safety procedures.
• Resolve guest issues using the Make it Right process.
• Process reservations, registrations, and departures per guidelines.
• Handle cash, credit card and city ledger accounts.
• Set up breakfast display and maintain food areas.
• Maintain front desk, lobby and guest areas in accordance with standards.
• Promote ESA value to convert inquiries into reservations.
