Genesis Health Clubs in Albuquerque, NM seeks an organized Front Desk Coordinator to manage daily front desk operations, guest check-ins, member accounts, and staff training to uphold top-tier customer service.

The role includes scheduling, recruiting, and ensuring deposits, inventory, and reports are completed accurately; you will drive revenue through retail and maintain a welcoming, professional club environment.

Qualifications

• Available to work weekends and evenings and holidays.
• Experience in cash handling and credit cards.
• 1-2 years’ experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage member follow ups and ensure accounts are current.
• Follow front desk procedures as per manuals.
• Assist Club Manager with daily operations.
• Process daily deposits and cash handling.
• Maintain office supplies.
• Maintain desk inventory and submit product orders.
• Attend staff and club meetings and events.
• Maintain professional relationships with members and staff.
• Ensure timely completion of daily reports and checklists.
• Keep front desk clean, maintained and organized.
• Respond to emergencies promptly.
• Drive revenue via retail (supplements, shake sales, apparel, tanning).
