Genesis Health Clubs in Albuquerque is seeking a hospitality-driven Sales Manager to oversee all aspects of sales operations, including prospecting, training, and member acquisition. You will drive membership dues, base growth, and retention by leading the Fitness Advisors and supporting staff to achieve ambitious goals.

This role requires engaging leadership, daily performance reviews, and a strong focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• Available to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Experience in cash handling and with credit cards.

Responsabilités

• Seek new and existing memberships to exceed sales goals by phone, outside sales, and current member retention.
• Report and communicate daily with Club General Manager and Regional Manager on goals and outflow.
• Conduct daily sales meetings to discuss performance and objectives with club Sales team.
• Interview, hire, train, plan, assign, and direct staff; evaluate performance; reward and discipline staff.
• Ensure effective orientation and training for new team members.
• Attend staff and club meetings and events; maintain professional relationships with staff.
• Maintain and update sales policies and procedures; track membership revenues and goals.
• Collaborate with retention departments to ensure high participation in facilities.
