Genesis Health Clubs in Overland Park, KS, is seeking a friendly Front Desk/Member Services Associate to support daily club operations. You will handle member check-ins, cash handling, deposits, and maintain front desk cleanliness while delivering exceptional service.

This role requires weekend/evening availability, strong communication, and the ability to build rapport with members and staff, with opportunities for advancement and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage club follow ups to ensure members are not past due and current.
• Execute procedures as outlined by front desk and kids club manuals.
• Assist Club Manager with all club operations as needed.
• Responsible for daily register deposits.
• Maintain office supply order.
• Responsible for desk inventory and submitting product orders.
• Attend all staff and club meetings and events.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with members and staff.
• Ensure all required documentation (daily reports, checklists, etc.) are completed in a timely manner.
• Keep the front desk clean, maintained and organized at all times.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations.
• Drive revenue inside the club with retail (supplements, shake sales, apparel, tanning).
