Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs seeks a Front Desk Manager to supervise daily front desk and Kids Club operations, including hiring, scheduling and training new staff. You will ensure guest check-ins, member retention, and accurate account management while upholding quality customer service.

The role requires overseeing deposits, inventory, and coordination with club management to support operations, events, and staff communications.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in customer service function.
• Experience with cash handling and credit card transactions.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front desk and kids club operations as the manager.
• Process guest check-ins and maintain member accounts; drive member retention.
• Manage deposits, inventory, and office supplies; submit product orders.
